Manufacturing Faults

If your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide details and, where applicable, photographs of the fault.

If the fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will arrange an exchange for the same item or a suitable replacement, subject to availability.

Items damaged through misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper care are not considered manufacturing faults and will not qualify for an exchange.

Exchange Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
• Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
